"too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains" Can't Deploy Instance

Hi everyone i did several setup mastodon my VPS :slight_smile: and now i reached limit of Let’s Encrypt SSL and this cause can’t deploy my mastodon instance please help.

Error: “too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains”

And when i go to visit my domain getting this error : " ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED "

Since it’s the same set of domains, can’t you use the certificate you already have?
