Only some toots are shown

Hello,

I have an account on my own mastodon instance. When I follow an user of another fediverse I am only seeing some toots of the followed user in my timeline. When I am visiting the Profile directly on the mastodon instance of the user, I can see all his toots.
Do you have an idea, what is going wrong?

Hello,

I’m facing the same or a similar issue.

From a different instance/server, if I search and view my own user profile at mastodon.social domain, I can see my latest toot is from April 13, but if I have posted several newer, public toots. Why latest toots aren’t shown?
