Not receiving forgotten password email

I’m trying to recover my account but I am not receiving the reset password email. I just changed my email on the account and I think I have another account with the same email. I figured one of these might be why.

It shouldn’t let you change your email if another account uses that one. I think the process would typically require a confirmation on each side of the email but I’m not sure. Best thing really is to email or message the admin of your instance.
