Not able to log in and Mastodon will not send a “reset password” email … not sure what to do. PLEASE HELP
Did you check your spam? Are you running an instance? If so, any errors showing in the server logs?
No spam emails received , I dont think Im using an instance (I’m just using standard default mastodon account) … and not sure how to see server logs.
Ahh, this is the discussion forum for the software. You’ll want to contact the admin of your particular server which should be visible in the lower left when you visit the website.
